During Mental Health Awareness Week, Lidl Woodhouse Lane in Wigan invited us to set up a resource stand at their store. This initiative allowed us to engage with lots of people, providing them with essential information and support regarding mental health and suicide prevention.
The event was a great success, with many meaningful conversations taking place. We were also fortunate to have Julie Green from Wellness Empowered join us, offering soothing hand massages to anyone feeling stressed or anxious. Her presence and expertise added a calming and therapeutic touch to the day, creating a lovely supportive and relaxing environment for everyone!
We are hugely grateful to Lidl Wigan for their support and for providing us with this valuable opportunity to reach out to the community. Together, we continue to work towards a future where mental health awareness and suicide prevention are prioritised and accessible to everyone.
