EPiC HOPE recently hosted the Wigan leg of the Join the Dots tour, an initiative created by Steve Phillip and Paul Vittles of The Jordan Legacy and Towards Zero Suicide, based in Yorkshire, and friends of EPiC HOPE. The tour was a significant event aimed at highlighting the importance of joining the dots when it comes to suicide prevention and mental health, ensuring that no one falls through the cracks.
A Successful Event in Wigan
The Wigan event was a tremendous success, thanks to the tireless efforts of the EPiC HOPE team, who organised the entire event, with help from our good friends at Rebuild with Hope who allowed us to host the whole event at their premises, donating time and resources for free. It was a day filled with insightful discussions, valuable resources, many local mental health and suicide prevention organisations coming together, and a strong sense of community. Attendees left feeling more informed, supported, and connected, exactly what we strive for at EPiC HOPE.
