Ellie Featured on Time to Talk Day NHS Greater Manchester

Today is #TimeToTalkDay, and we’re highlighting Ellie’s personal experiences of living with thoughts of suicide. Wigan-based Ellie Palma-Cass had a difficult childhood and began experiencing suicidal thoughts at the age of 12. Now a founder of a suicide prevention organisation EPiC HOPE, author and an award-winning public speaker, Ellie wants people who are struggling to know that she’s been there too, and that with the right support your life can change for the better.

EPiC HOPE is an organisation dedicated to creating supportive and safe spaces for people in Wigan and Leigh struggling with their mental health, or are worried about someone who is, and offer free resources to help. To find out more about EPiC HOPE, visit the link in our comments.
