The crisis harbour team are now trained in All Ears MHA CPD accredited ‘Using Creativity Therapeutically’ course 😊❤️
They will now be able to support people by using; neurographic drawing, affirmation cards, paint pouring & mindful mandalas. These are great coping mechanisms for those who are having a difficult time with their mental health.
