This afternoon, we delivered a safeTALK suicide alertness workshop at @leighyouthhub
We were incredibly impressed with the staff as they were engaged, interactive, and fully committed to learning how to better support those in need.
It was nice for a couple of staff to join in from @wiganyz too!
Their openness and willingness to participate reminded us how much of an impact trained, compassionate people can have on the lives of others. 💜
⚠️ Suicide prevention training is so crucial for anyone working with children and young people. And tomorrow, we have some more exciting news to share on this mission! ⚠️
It’s inspiring to see another organisation and group of people stepping up to help us in our mission to make Wigan and Leigh suicide-safer. 🎗️
